Here is a list of all documented files with brief descriptions:

coarsen.h	Defines functions used to perform graph coarsening
graph.h	Defines class for a graph object and struct for a matrix stored in compact sparse column format. See CSC_MATRIX and Graph class for more information
matrixOperations.h	TODO: We should add information about the page rank problem here and how it reduces to a matvec / solve. I forgot how we solved it actually so we should try to add comments about all this stuff
spectralBisection.h	Defines functions to perform spectral bisection
