I am postdoctoral fellow in the Flow Science and Engineering group at Johns Hopkins University lead by Dr. Tamer Zaki. Previously, I worked with Dr. Robert Moser in the Center for Predictive Engineering and Computational Science (PECOS) and Dr. Bjorn Engquist in the Center for Numerical Analysis at the Oden Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences at the University of Texas at Austin.
I am pleased to announce the paper Effects of resolution inhomogeneity in large-eddy simulation, in collaboration with Dr. Robert Moser, Dr. Bjorn Engquist, Dr. Todd Oliver, and Dr. Sigfried Haering has been accepted for publication in the Physical Review Fluids.
The 2021 review paper Statistical Properties of Subgrid-Scale Turbulence Models, in collaboration with Dr. Robert Moser and Dr. Sigfried Haering, is now available in the Annual Review of Fluid Mechanics. Check it out now!
I am honored to recieve the 2022 Oden Institute Outstanding Dissertation Award.
I am pleased to announce I have successfully defended my thesis, Numerical Discretization Effects in Large Eddy Simulation of Turbulence. Check it out here!
I am pleased to announce the paper Numerical dispersion effects on the energy cascade in large-eddy simulation, in collaboration with Dr. Robert Moser and Dr. Todd Oliver has been accepted for publication in the Physical Review Fluids.
